COVID-19 Policy Updates:

On May 18th Governor Baker announced that acupuncture and other health professionals could reopen their practices gradually. The order states that “elective and routine” visits should still be postponed when possible and it set forth a number of requirements for the businesses that are opening. I have created the following checklist so you understand the policies and requirements. Before booking an appointment, please carefully read through each of these and check the box for each one on order to continue. I understand that COVID 19 is spread by respiratory droplets and I understand that to enter the office I will need to wear a proper mask over my mouth and nose for the duration of the visit and I understand that if I do not have a mask one will be provided to me for cost.
I understand that I should not come if I am ill and that telehealth visits are also available.
I do not and have not had any of the following in the last 11 days: loss of sense of taste or smell, cough, unexplained digestive upset or skin rashes, shortness of breath, fever, chills or unexplained muscle aches.
I have not knowingly spent time indoors with someone who was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 or who is actively sick.
I understand that I should not bring anyone else with me to my appointment without previous approval and discussion.
I understand that in an effort to minimize shared spaces, the waiting room is closed and I should wait outside or in my car until just a minute or two before my appointment. When it is time for your appointment you will be brought into the office and directly to a treatment room.

These policies are required to practice safely and reopen according to the guidelines set forth by the governor. We look forward to seeing and helping you.
